Description
Our client is a well established 5* International Luxury Hotel in Jakarta with +/- 300 keys and extensive F&B operations.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, including both Service and Culinary.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
Note that our client is one of the most luxury and reputable brands in the industry!
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience working at 5* luxury hotels
• Extensive experience in city hotels
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Strong interpersonal skills with a people oriented approach
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests
• Well organized, energetic, and hard working
• Able to work efficiently and independently under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Creative, energetic and positive individual
• Passion for service excellence
• Innovative and passionate about training
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Hands-on, very visible on-floor
• Familiar with budgeting and costing
• Computer literate
• Strong guest contact
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible working hours
