About the role
- Gather and clean client data using our internal software and Excel.
- Keep data organized and up-to-date so it’s accurate and usable.
- Review product and packaging information to ensure our database (EPIC) is correct.
- Help Account Managers calculate waste submissions (packaging, WEEE, batteries) based on the data.
- Provide a high standard of accuracy in collection and management of data.
- Develop a good understanding of Data Insights’ services and processes.
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients and clients’ suppliers.
- This is strictly 1 Year Contract role
What we need from you
- Graduate in any field.
- Experience of analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable.
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Understand the concept of Data Processing
- Communication Skills
- Client Facing
- Should be comfortable in UK shift - 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- This is strictly 1 Year Contract role
