Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the IT Business Intelligence team. This role is responsible for understanding business processes, translating business needs into clear functional and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, and supporting successful delivery of BI initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical thinking and a solid understanding of data, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Act as the primary interface between business users, BPOs, and IT BI teams.

  • Build strong relationships with functional leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other business units.

  • Understand end-to-end business processes and identify reporting and analytics opportunities.

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

  • Challenge business requirements when necessary to ensure scalable and standardized solutions.

  • Collaborate with BI developers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to design reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Participate in solution discussions to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical designs.

  • Review dashboards, reports, and analytics for usability and business value.

  • Promote reuse of existing data assets and standardized reporting.

  • Collaborate with BI developers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to design reporting and analytics solutions.

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or BI Analyst.

  • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and data analytics concepts.

  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Power BI, OBIEE, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Advanced SQL, relational databases management and expert in MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM).

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$102,900.00 - $130,130.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
