Sr. Product Solutions Consultant, Employment & Income Data

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Solutions Consultant to serve as a vital link between our internal teams and external clients. This role focuses on understanding how internal teams can leverage our non-traditional income data — within the Total Verify Data Hub (an internal collection of data assets). This role will effectively evangelize the power of Total Verify Data to internal teams supporting income and employment verification, consumer lending, government benefits, and commercial risk and credit solutions. The initial focus of this role supports the growth of non-traditional and alternative income data assets, including gig economy earnings, 1099s, 401Ks, pensions, asset data, and related alternative pay data. You will be responsible for driving adoption and understanding of our data assets, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, in partnership with cross-functional product management teams, while contributing to significant business growth. 

What You'll Do:

• Internal Team Collaboration & Data Hub Expertise:
  • Work closely with internal product, technology, and sales teams to deeply understand the capabilities and potential applications of non-traditional income data inclusive within the Total Verify Data Hub.
  • Identify and articulate how various internal teams can best utilize the data assets within non-traditional income data & the Total Verify Data Hub to enhance their offerings and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on non-traditional income data, income and employment verification (VOE/VOIE), data aggregation and normalization, and the Total Verify Data Hub, providing guidance and insights to internal stakeholders. 

• External Evangelism & Client Engagement:
  • Translate complex data concepts into clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to specific client needs and use cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their pain points and demonstrating how Total Verify Data can address them.
  • Gather market feedback from external clients to inform internal product development, GTM strategy, and data enhancement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Solution Development & Strategic Alignment:
  • Collaborate with product management teams across the enterprise to identify new opportunities for leveraging non-traditional income data in existing and new solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of solution roadmaps that align with market demands and the capabilities of the Total Verify Data Hub.
  • Assist in creating business cases for new data-driven product concepts, articulating their value proposition to both internal and external audiences.
• Communication, Collaboration & Influence:
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the vision and value of Total Verify Data to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership and external clients.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across internal departments and with external partners to ensure successful data utilization and solution adoption.
  • Act as a primary evangelist for non-traditional income data, championing its capabilities and potential both internally and externally.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders without direct authority, leveraging technical expertise and strategic insights.

What Experience You Need:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully driving adoption of data-driven solutions.
• 3+ years in payroll/income data management, income and employment verification (VOE/VOIE), fintech, open banking/open finance, or the consumer-permissioned data (CPD) industry. 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Strong analytical and sophisticated critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
• Proven ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional and highly matrixed team environment.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on leveraging data to solve complex business problems.
• Demonstrated resilience, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and navigate complexity.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
• Experience working with data assets and understanding how they can be leveraged for various business applications.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, demonstrating an understanding of data architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly desired.

What Could Set You Apart:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., data analytics, solutions architecture).
• Familiarity with data aggregation and normalization concepts — turning fragmented, inconsistent source data into a clean, unified data product or API. 
• Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation (e.g., personas, empathy mapping, prototyping).
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and reporting through CRM tools.
• Use of Gemini/Claude in your day-to-day work.
• Experience with Aha! software
