Four Seasons Reservations Agent | Four Seasons Hotel Denver & Four Seasons Hotel Nashville
The Reservations Agent plays a critical role in creating exceptional guest experiences by serving as the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodations at Four Seasons Hotel Denver and Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. This position is responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering personalized service, building guest relationships, and ensuring reservation accuracy to support hotel revenue and guest satisfaction. This position will be based at Four Seasons Nashville
What You Will Do
- Capture sales opportunities from incoming reservation calls, emails, and chat inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Process hotel reservations accurately through multiple booking channels.
- Identify guest needs, preferences, and special requests to create personalized guest experiences.
- Ensure reservation details are entered correctly and maintained according to company procedures.
- Utilize guest profile systems to enhance guest recognition and service personalization.
- Confirm, modify, and guarantee reservations while managing waitlists and room availability.
- Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Generate and distribute daily reservation and occupancy reports for hotel leadership and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Consistently uphold Four Seasons service standards, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
What You Bring
- College education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume call center, hotel, resort, reservations, front office, or sales environment preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS, with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule & Hours
Full-Time Position
This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Employees are typically scheduled for eight-hour shifts, with work schedules varying according to operational requirements and reservation volume. The role is primarily office-based and requires sitting for extended periods while handling guest communications through telephone, email, and online platforms.
