As our Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in both leadership and service delivery of ConnectMind - our psychology capability that is defined in excellence, consistency and integrity. Leading a cohort of psychologists, you will provide professional mentoring, quality assurance and technical oversight across complex psychological assessments that support personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes.

- An experienced registered psychologist with leadership, supervision or practice management experience

What you need to be successful
- Full and unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist

Board-approved supervisor status.

Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)

Extensive experience in psychological assessment, formulation and report writing

Experience providing professional guidance, quality assurance and oversight of complex assessments

Strong understanding of ethical, professional and legislative obligations
-
Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

Australian Citizenship
