As our Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in both leadership and service delivery of ConnectMind - our psychology capability that is defined in excellence, consistency and integrity. Leading a cohort of psychologists, you will provide professional mentoring, quality assurance and technical oversight across complex psychological assessments that support personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes.

• An experienced registered psychologist with leadership, supervision or practice management experience  

• Passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing other psychologists

What you need to be successful 

• Full and unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist  

• Board-approved supervisor status.

• Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology 

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)

• Extensive experience in psychological assessment, formulation and report writing 

• Experience providing professional guidance, quality assurance and oversight of complex assessments

• Strong understanding of ethical, professional and legislative obligations

• Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

• Australian Citizenship
