Description
Agility 360 is seeking a Loan Collateral Analyst to support our large banking client in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for understanding our client's department’s policies and procedures while applying them to execute daily functions including but not limited to – document review, data entry, and document management. The ability to work independently, cooperatively, and effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering accuracy is critical.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Receives inbound FedEx/UPS collateral shipments, updating trackers and/or reports accordingly (processes dozens of packages per month).

Document management tasks include download e-documents, label, organize and store physical files consistent with department processes and bank policy

Reviews residential and commercial loan documents such as Promissory Notes, Allonges, Security Instruments, Assignments and Title Commitments or Policies, ensuring business requirements are met and escalating exceptions as appropriate (processes several hundred residential and/or commercial loan files per month).

Enters key collateral information into database, ensuring entries are complete & accurate

Champions best-in-class service to our business partners and internal team members by responding to emails and/or phone calls within SLAs and using professional & effective communications.

Pulls and ships loan files as needed and completes callback steps for peers

Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required.

1-3 years of experience in financial services or a professional administrative role

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, reports, and correspondence, and speak clearly to peers and team members

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Outlook

The ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines while adhering to bank policies, procedures and regulations
