Your next opportunity awaits at Fletcher Jones Motorcars. We are hiring a Parts Support associate to join our team. Please note this is a Part-time position.
The Parts Support associate is responsible for assisting the Sales and Parts Department and providing items to guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide parts to guests in an efficient manner.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized
- Previous experience in a related role preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $18.00 / hour
