What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about craftsmanship and teamwork. We need a professional who can install complete HVAC systems correctly the first time, and, most importantly, represent Streamline well in every customer's home.
- Be the Craftsman: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and full HVAC systems to spec and to code, on schedule and done right.
- Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with your install team and dispatch.
- Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!

Requirements
You're a Great Fit If:
- You have 1-3 years of residential HVAC install experience.
- You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service and teamwork skills.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, various environments).
- You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!).
- EPA 608 certification required.
