Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated JDE EnterpriseOne CNC (Configurable Network Computing) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, upgrading, and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in CNC architecture, system administration, performance tuning, security management, and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
• Manage CNC components including Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, BSSV, Orchestrator, WebLogic, and Deployment Server.
• Perform package builds, deployments, ESU installations, and application upgrades.
• Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Release upgrades and platform migrations.
• Configure and manage user security, role-based security, and environment security.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to JDE applications, servers, and databases.
• Maintain and support integrations involving AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, and third-party applications.
• Coordinate and execute backup, recovery, cloning, and disaster recovery activities.
• Work with infrastructure teams on server management, operating systems, networking, and middleware support.
• Create and maintain CNC documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders to resolve production issues.
• Provide on-call support for critical business applications and production incidents.
• Ensure system compliance with organizational security and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and CNC administration.
• Experience with:
  • Enterprise Server
  • Deployment Server
  • HTML Server
  • AIS Server
  • BSSV Server
  • Orchestrator Studio
  • WebLogic Server
• Expertise in package builds, OMW, ESU installation, and software deployments.
• Experience with Tools Release upgrades and EnterpriseOne application upgrades.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL Server environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, SSL certificates, and security configurations.
• Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted JD Edwards environments (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) is preferred.

• Experience with DevOps practices, automation scripting (PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python), and CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards Orchestrator and digital transformation initiatives.
