Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
Responsible for walk in and telephone triage.
Responsible for case management based on PCP panels, in collaboration with network providers to include nurse visits, telephone management, etc.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and excellence.
Qualifications:
Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS required
BLS required
PALS required
