Join a team where your expertise drives diagnosis, innovation, and teaching. As a key member of our clinical laboratory, you will perform and report a wide range of routine and highly complex analyses across multiple lab sections—directly impacting patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical outcomes.

What you will do:

• Determines normal and abnormal components of body fluids by conducting chemical analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices.

• Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures

• Ensures operation of analyzers and all laboratory equipment by calibrating; completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Position Hours:

• 40 hours, Evening Shifts, e/o weekend and rotating holidays. Must be available for EPIC Training on day shift

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from a accredited college/university and successful completion of NAACLS accredited MT program or MLT certification program.

• MT-ASCP or equivalent level certification offered by one of the professional societies.  Or must be eligible to take Certification exam and achieve certification within the first year of employment. 

• New Grads Welcome, experience preferred.
