The On Field Sales Trainer is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of the Sales SOP through field auditing, documented Accompany Visits, coaching, capability development, and operational control. The role serves as the auditor of commercial execution by documenting Sales SOP compliance through structured Accompany Visits, validating field performance, identifying execution gaps, coaching BDs and BDMs, and ensuring scoring consistency across the sales organization.
Role Responsibilities
· Document Sales SOP compliance through structured Accompany Visits, ensuring every visit includes a completed evaluation rubric and objective evidence.
· Conduct unannounced field audits to evaluate execution against the Sales SOP.
· Validate BDM scoring consistency through audit calibration.
· Identify execution gaps and ensure compliance with commercial standards.
· Provide immediate field coaching, reinforce best practices, and define clear action plans.
· Ensure every Accompany Visit results in documented feedback and an agreed action plan.
· Monitor completion of action plans and verify execution improvements during follow-up visits.
· Identify recurring capability gaps and recommend development priorities to Sales Education.
· Support onboarding and field development of new BDs.
· Complete and maintain Accompany Visit reports, audit documentation, supporting evidence, trackers, and dashboards on the same day.
· Generate field insights, identify recurring trends, share best practices, and escalate operational risks when required.
· Execute the weekly operating cycle, including planning, surprise Accompany Visits, reporting, and tracker updates.
Role Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, Food Engineering, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in commercial training, field coaching, auditing, or sales operations.
· Strong understanding of Sales SOP execution, field coaching, commercial auditing, and sales processes.
· Ability to objectively assess performance, document findings, and provide actionable feedback.
· Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple field priorities.
· High integrity, objectivity, and commitment to operational excellence.
