As an accomplished sales professional, you will create and implement strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with partners and alliances. Your role involves understanding complex client needs across IT/ITes, Manufacturing, BFSI, FinTechs, and StartUps, and translating them into Avanade solutions. Detailed Scope: What You Will Do
End-to-End Deal Management: You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—originating, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for Avanade’s services.
Market Activation: Strategically activate sales plans within your designated sectors (Manufacturing, BFSI, It/ITeS/Mid Market etc.) to aggressively grow market share.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to coordinate with various internal teams to achieve significant sales and revenue impact.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Avanade Client Account Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Alliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and partnership alignment.
Business Intelligence: Utilize business tools and requirements to support sales strategies and work in tandem with Regional Sales Management and Sales Leadership.
Skills and Experience
Proven Track Record: 11–15 years of experience selling large-scale consulting engagements and Managed Services.
Technology Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modern Work, CoPilot, Azure, and Infrastructure solutions.
Industry Nuance: Experienced in the nuances of interacting with diverse client bases, from high-growth StartUps and FinTechs to established BFSI and Manufacturing,IT/ITes enterprises.
Leadership & Resilience: A natural leader defined by knowledge and experience, with the resilience to deal with multiple stakeholders across a large region.
Storytelling: Ability to act as a convincing storyteller and engaging content creator, effectively communicating the value of complex technology.
Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset with mature interpersonal and persuasion skills; you must be collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles.
