Your Role & Impact 

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care, according to professional standards and practices. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes.
 

What We’re Looking For :

Schedule:
Part time hours:  Wednesday, Thursday, 8am to 5 pm,  on Friday 9am to 6pm, and Thurs, Friday the following week, for a total of 40 hours biweekly. (Alternating Wednesdays)

•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
•Two (2) years of experience working as a pharmacist.
•Current and unrestricted California Pharmacy License
•Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
•Computer proficiency with Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems, and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!!

The pay range for this role is $55 - $82.50 on an hourly basis.
