We're a small, independent design studio creating branded environments, experiential campaigns, and spatial storytelling. Our team is a tight-knit group of designers, strategists, and makers who are obsessed with craft — both in the work we produce and in how we work together.
As an Experience Designer, you'll help bring brands to life in physical space. From early concept to final fabrication, you'll translate strategy into environments and experiences people can see, touch, and feel.
What You'll Do
Own design development for environmental, spatial, and experiential projects end-to-end
Partner with Creative Leadership, fellow designers, project managers, and stakeholders to define vision, requirements, and timelines
Design wayfinding systems, signage, and branded environmental graphics
Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and production-ready files
Solve design and production challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Manage your own timelines and keep the team updated on progress and risks
Contribute to studio brainstorms, creative reviews, and new business pitches
What You Bring
3–6 years of professional experience in environmental, spatial, and/or experiential design
A portfolio showing completed, built work — not just renderings or concepts
Strong understanding of spatial design principles, scale, and materiality
Advanced skills in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
Working knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and production specifications
Clear communicator who can present ideas to teammates, clients, and vendors
Ability to juggle multiple projects of different sizes and deadlines
Deep curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for thoughtful design
