  • Physician Order Document Specialist-MOBILE
    Courier for physician order drop off and pick up.  Must have reliable auto with auto insurance and valid driver's license.  Must live in the N.E Philly area or Bucks County.
    A motivated administrative professional with a professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused, sales-minded approach. Requires the use of a personal automobile to travel across a five-county territory while serving as a reliable point of contact for practitioners. Excels in organizing orders, managing logistics, and strategically planning travel to ensure accurate, timely pickup and delivery of documents for signature. Known for professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional for a full-time role responsible for the delivery and pick-up of home health certifications and interim orders. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely document handling and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pick up and deliver home health certifications and interim orders accurately and on schedule

    • Communicate professionally with referral sources, healthcare providers, and internal staff

    • Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation tracking

    • Represent the organization with excellent customer service and professionalism

    Requirements & Skills:

    • High School diploma or GED

    • Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    • Competent computer skills and ability to navigate electronic systems

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with referral sources
