Essential Functions

• Support the Account Manager (AM) in Portfolio Management throughout the entire portfolio lifecycle.

• Support the AM in ensuring the timely delivery of portfolios on a Global Level.

• Provide the required administrative support to the Account Manager across the portfolio valuation lifecycle, performing various key tasks and activities.

• Support in the AM in end-to-end coordination and follow ups to ensure client deliverables are submitted timely and accurately.

• Work closely with the AM and carry out assigned tasks.

• Help support other stakeholders (e.g., Global Valuers, Valuers, Global Modelers, etc.) in performing preliminary checks to ensure data sanctity and flag any anomalies to the account managers for further revision.

• Support the AM in organizing, facilitating and keeping notes from various governance meetings including kick-off meetings, weekly/monthly reviews, sector lead discussions, etc.

• Responsible for coordinating project status updates among participating team members and demonstrating a forward-focus approach in keeping the AM informed of the delivery status.

• Main point of contact on behalf of CMG JBS (VAST) group for all portfolio team members & stakeholders.

• Assess opportunity to allocate responsibility to wider CMG JBS support teams required for all portfolios with guidance from the AM.

• Work closely with AM to implement best practices and learnings from the previous quarter to deliver client deliverables within the agreed timelines.

General Responsibilities

• Daily use of company applications, i.e., Microsoft office, Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM Outlook and DeliveryX.

• Support in monitoring and reporting on client feedback.

• Proactively flag project related issues, maintain all project files, including supporting data and client deliverables.

• Assist AMs to ensure timeliness of responses and compliance with due dates.

• Proactively identify and flag-off delivery challenges the AM in advance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' work experience is required.

• Intermediate knowledge in MS excel and MS word (V-Look up, X-Look up, Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables)

• Good Verbal and Written communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Project / Portfolio Management experience is preferred.

• Real Estate background is preferred.

• Proactive and ability to work with cross functional teams across various geographies.
