AI & Data Operations Associate

We are looking for an AI & Data Operations Associate to join our Veli Asia team.

Role Summary

This is an AI-first role focused on collecting business, market and client data, drawing conclusions, and turning information into clear, useful insights. AI tools are mandatory in daily work. The role also uses basic coding to automate data collection, analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and maintain business, market, client and operational data.
• Use AI tools daily to research, clean, analyse and interpret data, identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• Turn data into concise insights, reports, dashboards and recommendations for management.
• Develop basic code, scripts and AI workflows to automate repetitive data collection, validation, analysis and reporting.
• Improve existing processes by finding faster and smarter ways to produce reliable information.
• Handle multiple priorities and deliver useful outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous iGaming experience is not required.
• Strong practical ability to use AI tools for research, data work, problem-solving and automation is mandatory.
• Basic coding or scripting ability, such as Python, SQL, Google Apps Script or similar tools.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and learning new systems quickly.
• Analytical, curious, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
