In this role you will be acting as the pricing focal point for the IMA region (India, Middle East & Africa), you will drive strategic pricing decisions that enable profitable growth. You will partner cross-functionally, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure alignment with global pricing frameworks—shaping both day-to-day decisions and long-term value creation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely pricing support for quotation requests across the region
  • Enable sales decisions through profitability analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Controlling stakeholders
  • Maintain and optimise regional portfolio collection pricing with high accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, systems, and processes
  • Contribute to revenue growth and margin optimisation through pricing initiatives

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years’ experience in pricing, finance, or revenue management
  • Experience in manufacturing (flavours/food ingredients is a plus)
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
