As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a talented Outbound Data Relationship Manager to join our dynamic commercial team.

As an Outbound Data Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our data portfolio by establishing and nurturing relationships with fund managers and asset allocators. Your expertise in outreach and engagement will be key to identifying new business opportunities and facilitating data acquisition from our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify potential data clients within the alternative asset management sector and build targeted lists using various research tools.
• Outreach: Conduct outreach initiatives, engage with prospects through calls, emails, and presentations while showcasing the value of our data submission processes.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing them with exceptional service and positioning With Intelligence as a reliable data partner.
• Lead Transition: Collaborate with internal data processing teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and assist clients throughout the acquisition journey.
• Market Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable about With Intelligence's offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM systems and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Background in a relevant customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and build rapport
• Driven, personable, and confident with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Capacity to absorb and retain industry-specific knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
• Additional language skills are advantageous, though not mandatory
