ERP Project Manager for Digital Transformation (d/f/m)
We are seeking a proactive colleague to lead digital transformation initiatives within our Air Power Services organization. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business processes and technical solutions, driving multifunctional and interdisciplinary projects to streamline material services and logistics capabilities across our platforms.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Drive ERP Digital Transformation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital projects in the Air Power Services organization, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.
Shape the Functional Roadmap: Define and own the ERP Roadmap Functional Design for Services, ensuring technological integration across logistics processes.
Represent Services Interests: Function as the primary focal point in Services for project strategy, objectives, and planning, representing the domain in Landscape Change Boards when required.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Workstreams: Align with Multi-Functional Team (MFT) Leads to ensure full coverage of Services needs across interdisciplinary workstreams.
Optimize Processes & Technical Requirements: Analyze complex material services and logistics workflows to translate business needs into technical ERP requirements and SAP module interactions.
Engage Stakeholders & Ensure Compliance: Deliver clear project updates and presentations to senior management while ensuring solutions align with customer contract management standards.
Desired skills and qualifications
Education & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
ERP & Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in ERP system functionalities, specifically strong hands-on knowledge of SAP functional module interactions.
Logistics & Business Process Expertise: Deep understanding of logistics workflows, material services, and customer contract management within service business environments.
Project Management & Methodology: Proven track record in managing complex digital transformation projects, quality control, and structured PM methodologies (PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus).
Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to guide, motivate, and align interdisciplinary teams (IT, Operations, Logistics, Finance).
Communication & Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities to quickly grasp complex systems, combined with strong communication skills to present technical topics effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
