The Opportunity:
The SharePoint Helpdesk Analyst provides technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance for SharePoint Online and Intranet environments. This role ensures employees can effectively access, update, secure, and collaborate through SharePoint‑based sites, pages, libraries, and integrated Microsoft 365 tools. The analyst serves as a frontline resource for resolving issues, processing helpdesk tickets, guiding site owners, supporting guest access, and ensuring content is compliant with companywide standards.

You Have:
3+ years of experience supporting SharePoint Online users with common tasks such as site access, page updates, permissions adjustments, and navigation issues
Experience managing SharePoint permissions, including adding users or groups such as intranet-all-active-employees to Visitor or Member roles
Experience with SharePoint guest access workflows, including requesting, approving, and provisioning external accounts
Experience guiding end users on web parts, page editing, and modern SharePoint site functionality
Ability to triage and respond to helpdesk tickets for SharePoint support, including feature requests or troubleshooting problems
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Nice If You Have:
Experience advising teams launching new SharePoint sites or pages, including coordinating enterprise search bookmarks, resources directory listings, and metadata or keyword optimization
Experience resolving guest user authentication or collaboration issues across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools
Experience supporting enterprise intranet governance, including permissions validation, content quality checks, and alignment with corporate policies
Experience with cross-platform integration scenarios, including Teams, OneDrive, external collaboration portals, and diagnosing related technical issues
Ability to troubleshoot and support advanced SharePoint page design elements, including custom layouts, hero web parts, accessibility compliance, and content rendering issues
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
