Job Description
Review, assess and analyse capital monitoring reports, including the Bank's capital adequacy position and capital ratio projections.
Support, manage, plan, and coordinate the preparation of the Bank's annual ICAAP exercise, including submissions to the Board of Directors and regulator.
Support, manage, plan, and coordinate the monthly Capital Working Group meetings and Risk & Capital Committee meetings.
Review and monitor the Capital Contingency Plan (CCP), including the various triggers stipulated in the Bank's CCP Framework.
Assist in risk-based financial planning, capital planning activities and the setting of capital targets.
Support, manage and coordinate the annual credit rating review process.
Assist in special capital assessments and capital raising exercises, as required.
Review, analyse and report on competitor benchmarking and monthly industry data.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant working experience in related field within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience in Capital Management, Capital Planning, Audit work in related fields, ICAAP, Credit Risk Management, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Finance or related functions.
Good understanding of banking regulatory capital requirements and capital management practices.
Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, regulators and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
