The Key Purpose of this role is to operate the brewing and associated process areas, the execution of quality control checks and analyses, including coaching of other team members and supporting the Brewing Technician Artisan in carrying out asset care activities.Apply core competencies to achieve optimum plant and process performance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate the Brewhouse Plant and Process
Operate Beverage Fermentation Plant and Process
Operate Beverage Filtration and FAB Plant and Process
Execute quality control checks and analyses
Support the Brewing Technician Artisan in asset care activities
Develop and coach other team members and specialist Brewery Operators

Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biological Sciences
General Certificate in Brewing or Diploma in Brewing would be advantageous
1 - 3 years' experience in a brewing environment would be advantageous
Previous experience in a process-controlled manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG or food production
Understanding of the brewing process from raw material transfers to Bright Beer Tank (BBT), including utilities
PC literacy (Microsoft Office and SAP)
Physically fit and healthy, with the ability to lift up to 20kg
