  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, statistical reporting, and spreadsheet-based database management.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead and manage the end-to-end footwear testing process, ensuring products meet Converse’s highest standards for fit, comfort, and performance. You’ll turn athlete and consumer feedback into actionable insights, helping product teams make informed decisions that improve product quality and consumer experience.
  • Manage all phases of the footwear testing lifecycle, including test planning, participant recruitment, product distribution, data collection, analysis, reporting, and program management.

  • Partner daily with Development, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to evaluate footwear performance and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze test results and consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and performance concerns before production.
  • Provide guidance on materials, components, and construction methods to help product teams achieve performance goals.
  • Coordinate testing activities across global partners in Boston, Shanghai, and Italy while managing timelines, priorities, and prototype inventories.
  • Conduct on-campus and field-based testing activities, interacting directly with consumers where they live, work, and play to capture authentic performance feedback.
