WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Open to work in Boston, Massachusetts.
- 5+ years of professional experience in footwear, product testing, product development, engineering, marketing, retail, athletics, customer service, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Development, Engineering, Sports Science, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, statistical reporting, and spreadsheet-based database management.
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Manage all phases of the footwear testing lifecycle, including test planning, participant recruitment, product distribution, data collection, analysis, reporting, and program management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, testers, and consumers to gather meaningful product feedback and performance insights.
- Partner daily with Development, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to evaluate footwear performance and recommend improvements.
- Analyze test results and consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and performance concerns before production.
- Provide guidance on materials, components, and construction methods to help product teams achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate testing activities across global partners in Boston, Shanghai, and Italy while managing timelines, priorities, and prototype inventories.
- Conduct on-campus and field-based testing activities, interacting directly with consumers where they live, work, and play to capture authentic performance feedback.
