Procurement Excellence Specialist / Manager (3PL)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Department: Procurement
Reporting to: Head of Procurement
Salary: THB 55,000–65,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist / Manager to strengthen procurement performance through better data, processes, KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys working with data, performance analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help transform procurement data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support management decision-making, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and procurement effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Data & KPI Management

  • Consolidate and analyze procurement data from multiple sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor procurement KPIs and performance reports.
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, savings, procurement activities, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Translate procurement data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

Process Improvement & Procurement Excellence

  • Review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and improved procurement workflows.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems and tools.

Governance & Risk

  • Support compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist with procurement risk management and supplier continuity initiatives.
  • Support audit readiness and ethical procurement practices.

Cost & Supplier Performance

  • Support strategic sourcing, supplier analysis, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Analyze opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
  • Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and supplier performance management.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
  • Present procurement performance and insights to management.
  • Support change management and adoption of improved procurement practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement excellence, category management, strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong experience in data consolidation, KPI reporting, and procurement performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, SAP Ariba, or Coupa is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, management-ready reports and presentations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, structured, and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Good command of English.
