## Key Responsibilities
- System Project Manager (SPM) is responsible to ensure delivery of orders per customer expectations, while effectively managing a portfolio of assigned orders, including systems and upgrades, to meet customer commitments
- Acting as the primary liaison between Global Operations (GOps) and Sales Operations (SOps)
- Engaging with right stakeholders; Sales Operations, Product Group, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions to drive seamless execution and coordination
## What you’ll do
- Ensure requested equipment/systems are manufactured/delivered per customer’s request
- Manage equipment/system ownership in factory side for all phase such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery
- Manage any shipment deviations (Back Order, Planned Back Order, Short Ship, Left Behind) from creation to delivery
- Timely escalation and mitigate on any open issue/risk that occurred in equipment/system order fulfillment process such as material shortages, configuration changes, production delay and/or shipment with internal/external stakeholders by active communication and involvements.
- Provide daily, weekly, quarterly reports on equipment/system related issues such as material shortage, configuration changes and/or schedule to SPM manager
- Track/monitor/improve overall KPIs(On-Time Delivery, Backorders, etc.)
- Follow/implement to related policies and procedures while actively driving process improvements
## Who we’re looking for
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively
- Project Management: Prior experience in project management is a plus
- MRP experience: Experience and proficiency in MRP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred
- Semiconductor Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor fab process equipment and BOM configuration is highly beneficial
- Dynamic Work Environment: Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic business environments and possess a proven ability to handle ambiguity and adapt effectively to change
- Business Acumen: A strong sense of urgency and priority management to drive impactful decisions
## Preferred qualifications
- Less then 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree for entry level hiring.
- Fluency in English and local language.
