THE JOB:
Join our vibrant team at MGM Resorts as a Midway Arcade Supervisor, where you'll lead a dynamic arcade environment dedicated to delivering fun and excitement for our guests. In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our arcade maintains the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.80 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise and evaluate Midway employees
• Observe game area for irregular conduct by operators or guests
• Provide excellent customer service; handle guest and employee concerns and complaints
• Maintain daily sign-in sheet and log personnel hours daily
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Supervise and conduct comprehensive evaluations of all Max Flight operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience working in a similar resort setting required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience with midway games preferred
• Must be 16 years old or older required
