Role Description:

The Analyst, Tech Enablement and Process Improvement will play a key role in supporting the implementation of technology-driven solutions and continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across Oak Street Health’s centralized operation teams. 

This role involves supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, identifying automation opportunities, implementing technology solutions, and providing change management support to drive operational efficiency. The primary focus will be on initiatives that enhance Oak Street’s ability to resolve patient needs efficiently while reducing handoffs between teams.

The Analyst will work closely with Support & Transformation, Product and Centralized ops team members.  Each team member leads a portfolio of projects and collaborates closely with managers, directors, and VPs of central operational teams. This high-impact role offers regular exposure to senior executives and the opportunity to influence key strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies while collaborating with Product and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

• Assist with project and change management for transformation and process improvement projects for a large centralized ops department

• Support Manager of Tech Enablement & Process Improvement on continuous improvement strategies

• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and challenges

• Support and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and drive change

• Support executive communications: craft presentations for senior leadership, with opportunities to lead presentations

• Other duties, as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a quantitative major 

• Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with process mapping and documentation

• Self-starter, able to drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end

• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging problem solving

• Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity

• Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables

• Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally

• Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care

• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint

• US work authorization

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
