As a Business Process Architect, you will play a key role in the Nexus Digital Core Transformation program, helping shape and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as part of Lonza's SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. You'll collaborate with business leaders, process experts, and technology teams to design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business decision-making.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable process solutions
• Analyze and redesign Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, and Payment processes to support future-state operations
• Lead process mapping and process design activities within the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Collaborate with stream teams, systems integrators, and stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed solutions
• Support testing, data migration, training, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, data quality, and system utilization

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, Payment processes, and related master data management
• Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and transformation initiatives
• Experience working with SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and Procurement-related modules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
