As Director Procurement, you will play a key role in transforming our European Procurement organization and building the structures, processes and capabilities we need for the next stage of our growth. 

You will work closely with our Senior Director Procurement and lead a team of four procurement professionals. Your focus will be on creating efficient, scalable and transparent procurement processes while strengthening our contractual and governance framework. 

From transforming the way Procurement works to establishing professional Contract Management and ensuring our processes meet requirements such as NIS2 and ISO 27001 – you will have the opportunity to shape Procurement beyond traditional purchasing.

YOUR TASKS

• Drive the transformation of our European Procurement organization and help shape its future operating model 

• Lead and develop a team of four procurement professionals 

• Review, streamline and continuously improve existing Procurement processes and workflows 

• Establish a scalable and transparent Contract Management framework across the organization 

• Define processes, responsibilities and governance for the entire contract lifecycle 

• Ensure Procurement processes and supplier management practices support relevant security, compliance and regulatory requirements, including NIS2 and ISO 27001 

• Work closely with Information Security, Legal, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders to establish effective cross-functional processes 

• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and digitalization across Procurement 

• Develop and implement Procurement policies, standards and guidelines 

• Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting structures to increase transparency and support data-driven decision-making 

• Strengthen supplier governance and ensure appropriate documentation, risk assessment and monitoring 

• Support strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations where required 

• Act as a sparring partner for the Senior Director Procurement and relevant stakeholders across Europe 

• Drive change initiatives from concept through implementation and ensure sustainable adoption within the organization 
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Transformation or a related field 

• Proven experience in leading teams and driving organizational change 

• Strong understanding of Procurement processes, governance and Contract Management 

• Experience designing, implementing or optimizing end-to-end procurement processes 

• Familiarity with information security, compliance or regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and ISO 27001 is highly desirable 

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and Information Security 

• A structured and analytical mindset combined with a strong hands-on approach 

• You enjoy building new structures and are comfortable working in an environment where not everything is already defined 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and practical processes 

• Experience working in an international or European environment 

• Excellent English skill 

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
