Here's how you can help -- we are currently looking for a Learning & Development Programs Coordinator to join our team, rise to the challenge of empowering service, and fill a vital role in our Leadership Development Division team.

The Learning & Development Programs (L&DP) Coordinator manages the day-to-day execution of assigned leadership development programs that support Lion leaders around the world. Programs may vary in structure and scope and can include application-based initiatives, grant-supported programs, operational processes, and communication-driven activities.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating program activities, maintaining accurate records and tracking systems, supporting participant and volunteer communication, and ensuring program requirements and timelines are met. You'll work within established processes and guidelines while exercising sound judgment and managing multiple priorities independently.


What You’ll Do:

Percent	Position Responsibilities
35%	Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, from launch through completion and follow-up. Coordinate program processes such as application review, participant tracking, communications, material distribution, and documentation management based on program needs
25%	Review submissions and documentation against established criteria and guidelines; escalate exceptions as appropriate. Process program-related payments and documentation in accordance with program and Finance requirements, including multi-currency transactions when applicable
20%	Respond to participant and volunteer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate program records, timelines, tracking tools, and program materials
12%	Contribute to department communications, including updates, messaging, and social media content for volunteer audiences. Collaborate with internal teams, including Leadership Development and Global Action Team (GAT), to support program goals
8%	Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and tracking methods over time. Provide support across programs and assist with additional assignments as needed

We’re Looking for Someone With:
 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or customer service role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage detailed, process-driven work with accuracy
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to apply established guidelines and exercise sound judgment when responding to questions or resolving issues
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Experience working with tracking systems, forms platforms, or process-based workflows preferred
