Are you a **native US English speaker**, enjoy talking to people, and feel confident communicating with business customers?
We are looking for motivated **freelancers (m/f/d)** to support an international B2B project focused on the **qualification and activation of business leads**.
This is a **self-employed freelance position** with **full flexibility in scheduling**.
**Ideally, you are based in the USA.** Alternatively, you are welcome to apply if you live in another time zone but can reliably work during **US business hours**.
## Tasks
📞 Your Responsibilities
- Contacting interested B2B leads by phone
- Qualifying and activating business customers
- Answering questions and guiding leads through the onboarding process
- Conducting professional and empathetic conversations
- Documenting calls and results
- Following up with leads when needed
The leads have already shown interest through an online process – this is **not traditional cold calling**.
## Requirements
What You Bring
- **Native US English speaker**
- Ideally based in the **USA**
- Alternatively, reliable availability during **US business hours**
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic approach
- Ideally, experience in **B2B calling, sales, lead qualification, or customer service**
- Confident with computers and digital tools
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ability to work as a **self-employed freelancer**
