Food Service Manager
Location: Store #201 – 4701 S Washington St Grand Forks, ND 58201
Pay: Up to $21.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the food service department.
- Prepare, cook, and merchandise fresh food products while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
- Train, coach, and develop food service team members.
- Ensure compliance with Petro Serve USA food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Monitor product freshness, merchandising, and expiration dates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
- Work closely with store leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
