SL3162 - IAM Technical Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role requires strong hands-on PAM expertise, technical project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of PAM projects, including architecture, implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage PAM components such as password vaults, connectors, session managers, and privileged session monitoring.
• Develop scripts and automation for account onboarding, credential rotation, reporting, and system health checks.
• Troubleshoot PAM issues including reconciliation errors, connector failures, session issues, and access provisioning.
• Translate business and security requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Work closely with IT, Security, Audit, Compliance, business teams, and external vendors.
• Provide regular project updates and manage technical risks, issues, and timelines.
• Support security audits and ensure PAM controls comply with internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technical project delivery, preferably within IAM, PAM, or Information Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or equivalent PAM solutions.
• Good understanding of PAM architecture, vaults, connectors, session management, and integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MAS TRM, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CyberArk, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
