The Global Security and Incident Management Operator is responsible for supporting the company during operations issues, including but not limited to fires, natural disasters, power outages, etc. The operator will effectively manage security protocols and possess comprehensive knowledge in travel security and event security. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations globally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Incident Management:
  • Monitor and respond to global security threats and
  • Coordinate with local and international agencies to manage emergency
  • Implement secure evacuation and emergency response plans during critical events like natural disasters, fires, and power outages.

• Operational Support:

  • Provide real-time guidance during security incidents to affected
  • Maintain detailed and accurate incident records and actions

  · Travel and Event Security:

  • Analyze risks for corporate travelers and deliver comprehensive pre-travel security
  • Collaborate with event organizers to develop and execute security plans ensuring safety at the event.

  · Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a central communication hub during security incidents, ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global law enforcement and emergency

  ·  Risk Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for facilities, events, and travel
  • Develop and recommend security measures to mitigate identified
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Political Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

 

Working Conditions:

With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;

• Regular computer usage.
• Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
• Travel, as required.
