Drain Cleaning Technician
Haven Services is seeking experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians to join our growing Residential and Commercial Service teams.

Position Summary
The Drain Cleaning Technician will diagnose and resolve residential and commercial drain and sewer issues. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, pays close attention to detail, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial drain and sewer cleaning services.
- Operate sewer machines and small drain-cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Use sewer video inspection equipment to identify blockages, damage, and other issues.
- Diagnose drain and sewer problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Clearly explain inspection findings and service recommendations to customers.
- Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, uniforms, and vehicles.
- Deliver Better Care, Better Quality, and Better Value to every customer.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial drain service.
- Experience operating sewer machines, small drain-cleaning equipment, and sewer video inspection equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles under the company’s vehicle insurance requirements.
- Commitment to professional excellence and quality workmanship.
Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider.
