Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all incoming goods, ensuring that the items are in good condition and comply with the Purchase Order (PO).
2. Coordinate with the Facilities and Shipyard teams for the handling and movement of large or heavy items.
3. Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse according to their size and type.
4. Verify the authenticity and validity of material receipts and requests in the SIAGA system for all outgoing goods.
5. Monitor and maintain safety stock levels in the warehouse and coordinate with the Purchasing team to place orders when necessary.
6. Prepare daily reports on warehouse material purchases and usage, and submit weekly reports to the Finance team.
7. Conduct monthly physical stock counts (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy.
8. Coordinate with the Owner/Project Manager regarding the storage and management of owner-supplied goods in the warehouse.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Commercial Shipping Management, or Port Management.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position or field.
3. Proficient in Warehouse Management, Documentation & Administration, Inventory Management
