Overview
- The role is responsible for:Supporting the Customer Collaboration agenda by partnering with Commercial teams and Country Key Account Managers through advanced data analysis, insights, and coordination to help minimize channel imbalances, optimize inventory levels, improve service performance, reduce out-of-stock risks, and improve KPI performance
- Building strong, solution-oriented partnerships across internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and peer teams, ensuring a consistent focus on customer-centric outcomes through effective support and alignment, and contributing to customer collaboration processes through structured, non-customer-facing activities (e.g. performance tracking, joint planning support, service review inputs)
- Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end service-to-sales flow through analysis, developing recommendations that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
Responsibilities
- Supports the Customer Collaboration agenda by delivering structured and advanced analytics, reporting, and insights to Commercial teams and Key Account Managers, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved supply chain and service performance (Executes / Consults)
- Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Process Excellence teams to ensure alignment, consistency of inputs, and effective execution of collaboration initiatives, contributing to end-to-end visibility across service-to-sales processes (Consults)
- Prepares, maintains, and enhances customer-related performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights on service, availability, and forecast performance (Executes)
- Identifies operational performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and trend monitoring, including service-to-sales performance and channel imbalances, providing recommendations for process optimization and efficiency gains (Executes / Consults)
- Supports service performance reviews and business planning processes by providing analysis, insights, and structured inputs, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and targets, including service level, availability, and forecast accuracy metrics (Executes)
- Conducts root cause analysis (RCA) on performance issues, including service and sales deviations, and supports development of sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Executes / Consults)
- Drives continuous improvement and automation initiatives by supporting development and enhancement of tools, processes, and reporting capabilities to increase efficiency, productivity, and scalability within GCC (Executes / Consults)
- Ensures data integrity and governance by maintaining high-quality master data, supporting data validation processes, and monitoring data consistency across systems and reports (Executes)
- Provides support in financial and performance tracking activities (e.g. cost-to-serve elements, penalties, rebates, efficiencies) through analysis and reporting, enabling informed decision-making and visibility of service-related impacts (Executes / Informed)
- Supports adoption and effective use of tools, systems, and analytics solutions by preparing documentation, training materials, and usage insights for internal stakeholders (Executes)
Qualifications
- University degree
- English and German speaking (German - C1/C2, English – C2)
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain CPG industry, including customer-facing roles, of min 8–10 years
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and G2M (Go-To-Market Strategy) frameworks, including familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
- Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation, insight generation, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and structured manner to internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) in a matrix organization
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
