As a Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This includes assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Administer medication as prescribed by the healthcare team

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care and catheterization

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Document patient care and progress in medical records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients

- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge

- Adhere to all healthcare and safety protocols and procedures

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Certification or training as a Health Care Worker

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

- Compassionate and caring attitude

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to assist patients with daily activities

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
