Key Responsibilities
- Operations administration, posting of bank statements and cash reconciliation
- Posting bank statements and cash reconciliation
- Supporting shop managers with accounting matters
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Helping to prepare financial statements
- Fixed assets accounting
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to cope with time pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written German; knowledge of English would be an advantage
- Great time management, communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel!)
- BMD/NTCS an advantage
- You are a team player
- Previous experience in accounting is desirable
