## Description

### Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring service level compliance across B2B, B2C, Retail, and E-commerce channels.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across SAP, WMS, and physical stock through cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

### Product Destruction & Obsolescence

• Manage destruction processes for expired, damaged, obsolete, and non-saleable products.
• Coordinate approvals, execution, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and support reduction initiatives.

### Systems & Process Improvement

• Ensure effective use of SAP and WMS and resolve operational system issues.
• Support automation, digitalization, UAT, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain alignment between master data and business processes.

### 3PL Performance Management

• Manage 3PL relationships and monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.

### Reporting, Compliance & Team Support

• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and quality standards.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, safety, and continuous development.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Experience in managing 3PL providers and monitoring warehouse performance KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and controls.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Experience in inventory reconciliation between ERP (SAP) and WMS systems is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Turkish with professional proficiency in English.
