The Role
Key Responsibilities
Executive Thought Leadership & External Communications

Drives the company’s external communications engine across LinkedIn, the corporate website, blog, PR channels, and customer touchpoints to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Builds and manages executive thought leadership campaigns, managing the CEO’s public presence, speeches, presentations, media interviews, and industry commentaries.

Partners with the Head of Marketing on public relations, media outreach, AI-driven marketing initiatives, and major product launch announcements.
Content Strategy, SEO & Media Engine

Owns the end-to-end editorial calendar and content strategy, aligning brand narrative across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Leads website messaging and blog content execution, leveraging SEO insights and keyword research to drive organic site traffic and brand domain authority.

Incorporates modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into research, drafting, and editing workflows to accelerate content velocity while maintaining strict quality control.
Sales Enablement & Internal Alignment

Creates and maintains sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, email templates, FAQs, and webinars.

Ensures revenue teams (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success) are equipped with consistent, high-converting messaging across the entire customer journey.

Establishes clear messaging frameworks and internal documentation, maintaining alignment across cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications

Communications & Content Track Record: 5–7+ years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing, brand strategy, or editorial roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.

0-to-1 Function Building: Proven experience establishing communication frameworks, brand messaging, and editorial engines from scratch.

Executive Thought Leadership: Demonstrated history crafting high-performing executive content, speeches, and social presence (specifically LinkedIn).

SEO & Digital Content Mastery: Hands-on experience directing website copy, blog strategies, and utilizing SEO research platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).

AI Tooling Proficiency: Daily fluency leveraging generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize research, drafting, and content production workflows.

Sales Enablement Expertise: Track record of producing revenue-driving assets (battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, launch FAQs).

Location & Schedule Alignment: Based in/near Mexico City for weekly in-person collaboration, with full availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Remote Work Infrastructure: Dedicated home workspace, modern computing hardware, and a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in PropTech, real estate technology, SaaS, or high-growth B2B fintech environments.
