This is an opportunity to be a trusted resource, problem solver, event supporter, and culture champion who helps make every interaction meaningful for our client, Paramount Studios.
The Workplace Ambassador serves as the hospitality leader and workplace experience champion for two South Florida office locations. Based in Miami, this role is responsible for delivering a consistently elevated, hospitality-driven experience for employees, guests, executives, and
vendors across both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices.
Monday - Friday daytime hours – 100% on site. Hours may vary on
occasion based on client needs and business demands
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience for employees, visitors, and vendors across both South Florida locations.
- Serve as the primary front-of-house ambassador and workplace concierge.
- Travel to the Fort Lauderdale office approximately twice per week to ensure consistency of service, standards, and employee support.
- Coordinate meetings, events, executive visits, catering, and hospitality programs.
- Conduct workplace inspections and maintain guest-ready environments.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activations.
- Manage reservations, office services, visitor experiences, and vendor coordination.
- Provide concierge-style support including shipping, packages, printing, and special requests.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workplace hospitality and employee experience.
- Manage workspace reservations and office desk bookings, ensuring efficient utilization of space.
- Act as a liaison between employees, meeting/event managers, AV/IT teams, vendors, and Paramount contacts.
- Monitor meeting space, workspace, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to standards.
- Identify and report facility issues, maintenance needs, and housekeeping concerns, following through to resolution.
- Maintain and track workspace usage data, generating reports and analytics as needed.
- Coordinate office communications, including daily updates, meeting requests, and internal distributions.
- Manage office supplies inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Maintain knowledge of basic AV and IT systems to effectively troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Collaborate with Pyramid Global leadership to support employee engagement programs and special initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across two office locations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices
- Ability to work independently on behalf of Pyramid on site at a client location.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to remain professional, proactive, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
