Job Overview

Delivers high-quality analytical and research support to consulting engagements within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Contributes to the development of evidence-based recommendations through market analysis, data interpretation, and strategic problem-solving. Works closely with project teams to generate actionable insights that address client business challenges and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects by conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, data analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Analyze healthcare and pharmaceutical market trends, customer behaviors, patient journeys, and industry dynamics to identify key insights.
• Assist in translating client business questions into structured analytical approaches and practical recommendations.
• Develop presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables that communicate findings in a clear and impactful manner.
• Contribute to market sizing, forecasting, segmentation, and other strategic analyses across therapeutic areas and healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outputs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, healthcare systems, consulting methodologies, and research techniques.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, market research, healthcare, life sciences, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry dynamics, healthcare stakeholders, and market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
• Intermediate to Advanced English
