The Royal Canin Regulatory Affairs function is pivotal in ensuring our health-through-nutrition solutions are accessible worldwide. We achieve this by embedding compliance into innovation from the outset, maintaining ongoing product conformity, advocating for science-based regulatory frameworks, and safeguarding the reputation of Royal Canin and
its customers.
As the Global Innovation Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will serve as the primary Regulatory Affairs representative within global renovation & compliance projects. You will proactively collaborate with regional Regulatory teams to anticipate and integrate regulatory requirements and market access conditions during the early design phase of new products and solutions. By staying ahead of regulatory trends and policy developments, in collaboration with your team, you will ensure that innovation pipelines remain compliant and future-ready.
What are we looking for?
M.S. or equivalent in life sciences.
6+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in Regulatory Affairs.
Hands-on professional experience in product law.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English is mandatory.
What will be your key responsibilities
Act as the regulatory lead for renovation and compliance projects, ensuring that all new or updated product concepts and developments are designed with compliance at their core.
Partner closely with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to offer options to maximize opportunities to differentiate Royal Canin products while ensuring our ability to defend their compliance.
Identify, assess, and articulate regulatory-driven risks and opportunities throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Lead or contribute to the continuous improvement and total quality management initiatives of the team.
