Sr Specialist Scrum Master (Kubernetes delivery, AKS)

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure backlog readiness and clear acceptance criteria.

- Track epics, stories, enablers, and operational improvements to align with roadmap commitments.

- Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments and cross-team dependencies.

- Drive delivery transparency through clear status communication to technical and business stakeholders.

- Manage risks and release dependencies across support, SRE, and platform workstreams.

- Track Agile metrics such as sprint predictability, throughput, cycle time, and spillover trends.

- Coach teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement behaviors.

- Support planning and execution of initiatives involving observability/platform improvements.

- Ensure effective collaboration between engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

Required Qualifications / Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in technical teams.

- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum delivery frameworks.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated experience in dependency/risk management across multi-team delivery.

- Experience using Agile lifecycle tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).

- Ability to improve team-level delivery outcomes through coaching and process improvements.

- Experience working with engineering/operations teams in high-availability environments.

- Working proficiency with Kubernetes delivery contexts, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), to effectively manage dependencies, risks, and release coordination.

Good-to-Have / Nice-to-Have

- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

- Familiarity with observability and platform tooling contexts (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch).

- Basic awareness of event-driven ecosystems (Kafka/Event Hub).

- Prior telecom or large enterprise digital operations experience.
