Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Accountable for individual trading activity and responsible for accuracy of information relayed to customers.
- Highly detail oriented and process driven to avoid inaccurate trading practices or a result in loss of revenue, legal liability, risk to firm reputation, and loss of customers.
- Must follow all regulations as established by governing bodies and compliance as well as outlined in prospectus.
- Additional opportunities for portfolio and trading responsibilities across the ETF & Index Investments team as proficiency is established.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
- The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
- Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with customer service, trading, or sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team player
- Ability to deal with high volume and time sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Able to build effective relationships across all levels.
- Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other’s opinions.

- Must be able to react quickly and responsibly to situations as they develop
Formal Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field required
License/Registration/Certification:
- Series 7 and 63 required for employment.
- Series 24 or ability to obtain
The salary range for this position in Downers Grove is 125000-155000base/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
