About the location:

Please note: This is a local position. Only candidates with an existing work permit in Turkey (Turkish Citizens or Turkish ID holders) will be considered.

About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, employees, and the property. This role supports the protection of people and assets while delivering professional service in line with Four Seasons standards. The Security Officer reports to the Security Manager.

What you will do

• Patrol the property and monitor all areas to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, employees, and assets
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to security and safety concerns
• Investigate and accurately document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and evacuation procedures
• Assist residents and employees with security-related requests and concerns
• Conduct routine safety inspections throughout the Residences
• Control access to the property and support entrance security procedures
• Work closely with Concierge and other departments to provide a safe and seamless resident experience
• Follow Four Seasons security, safety, and service standards at all times

What you bring

• Turkish Citizenship or a valid Turkish ID is required
• Valid Özel Güvenlik Kimlik Kartı is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Officer or similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
• Previous hotel or residential experience is preferred
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Turkish security regulations and emergency procedures
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• A positive, service-oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
